About Us

Eagles Robotics Xperience is the official Robotics Team of Atlantic Community High School, in Delray Beach Florida.

Established in 2011, ERX has grown from being comprised of FTC Team 5257 to being comprised of FTC Teams 5257 & 6568, as well as FRC Team 3992.

Mission Statement:

To inspire students of Atlantic Community High School and the surrounding community to pursue careers and interests in Science, Technology, and Engineering through a hands-on experience in mechanical, software, and electrical engineering, as well as building self-confidence, team work, and leadership qualities.

Atlantic Community High School boasts strong academics, many influential and broad programs, ranging from the International Baccalaureatte program to Criminal Justice, JROTC, Fire Rescue, Health Science, Construction, and others.

However, one thing that the school does not have natively is a STEM program. While a wide array of classes and opportunities are available for students, we have no in-school strictly STEM curriculum.

That's where ERX comes in. ERX has filled the gap that ACHS has previously had by providing a unique hands-on experience for students who are interested in science, technology, engineering, and math, or those who are considering pursuing a career or interest in these disciplines.

We pride ourselves on being the core of our schools STEM outreach, and will continue to honor that role.
